Worked on arms in different positions dealing with twisting of the forearm. I didn't really spend any time on the hand, because the hand is the focus of next week.

Figure Sculpting Class Week 2
here are some more torso studies dealing with rotating the arms 180 degrees. We did 5 different poses on different layers. Learned a bit about layers in zbrush also. if i did this again the back and arms would be a lot better. there's also a crappy zbrush animation of it blending through the different layers here. http://www.ericspitler.com/dfs/touchdown.mov

Figure Sculpting Class
I'm taking Scott Eaton's Digital figure sculpting class. The first week's assignment was to do a male and female torso sculpt based on some photos he took. It's cool to sculpt a posed figure for a change, even if its just a torso. i generally have sculpt characters standing up straight with their arms at their side.
